The House

360 Mockingbird is a beautifully decorated and flawlessly furnished 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom luxery rental home with its own private swimming pool. It is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac and located on the beautiful community of Lake Wilson Preserve in Davenport, Orlando FLORIDA.

The Orlando-area is an extremely popular vacation destination, and this area in particular due to its close proximity to all the world class attractions, golf courses and (outlet)shops!

Inside the house

When you enter the Villa, you’ll be amazed by the interior! The entrance lobby is spacious and bright and leads you straight into the open-plan living room and dining areas.  It has high vaulted ceilings, offering you a luxurious base for your vacation in the Sunshine State from the minute you walk through the front door.

Of course, air conditioning is featured throughout the home. Making it a nice ‘escape’ if you want to step out of the Sunshine State sun for a while.

Kitchen

360 Mockingbird’s kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you would ever need in a holiday home! Fully fitted, the kitchen area continues the open-plan living area and has its own 4-seat dining table and a 3-seat breakfast bar area.

Whether you are eating in or out, you will find everything you will ever need!

Bedroom 1 – Premier Master bedroom, king size double

Modern and spacious, decorated in a modern European style, 360 Mockingbird’s premier bedroom features all the comfort and conveniences you need to relax. It includes a large walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with shower.

The Master bedroom offers a large flatscreen TV with HD Cable television (125+ channels)

Bedroom 2 – Master bedroom, Queen size double

Modern and spacious, decorated in a simple blue theme, 360 Mockingbird’s second master bedroom features comfort and conveniences, at the rear of the home and looks out over the pool as well. It also includes a large walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with shower.

The Master bedroom offers a flatscreen TV and DVD player, as well as HDMI for you to bring your own streaming devices.

Bedroom 3 – Queen size double

Large, luxurious and modern, decorated with Manhattan luxury in mind. This queen-size double room is situated at the front of the home and offers the perfect spot for guests to relax after a busy day of Fun and Shopping

This bedroom offers a flatscreen TV with HDMI for you to bring your own streaming devices.

Bedroom 4 – Twin room with bunk beds

Modern large, Disney decorated spacious bedroom which features two twin size bunk beds. Located centrally and sleeping up to four people, this room offers a large double built-in closet, ceiling fan and TV with DVD-player. This room gets you right in the spirit for your Disney World vacation!

Games Room

Enjoy a game of pool, challenge your peers to a game Skee-ball on the 84″ Roll and Score Arcade Game , or play a game of darts!

With fun in mind we outfitted our (350 sq. ft) Games Room, to offer our guests a welcome retreat for all ages to enjoy!

Separate to the Games Area you will find a separate dedicated laundry area and storage facilities. We’ve stored some foldable chairs for you to use on a day to the beach and avoid having to pay the Florida beach-chair rental fees!

Sundeck with lanai and Pool

The 360 Mockingbird house is beautifully proportioned with Mediterranean style terracotta roof tiles and a block-paved drive and pathway. It features a Sun terrace and private swimming pool which backs directly onto a large Nature Preserve for the ultimate in seclusion and safety at the back of the home.
